How do I install the FanShelfie?

Installation should only take two minutes from start-to-finish. You just clamp the fan holder onto your bed frame, then secure your fan on top of the shelf with the included Velcro strips. No tools or drilling needed. 

Is the FanShelfie compatible with Woozoo fans and Dreo fans?

Yes, we designed this fan stand to work perfectly with both Woozoo fan models and Dreo fans. But here's what's great: the FanShelfie works with any fan due to the shelf design and industrial-strength Velcro.

Does the FanShelfie come with a fan?

The FanShelfie is just the mounting system that attaches a fan to your bed frame. You'll need to bring your own fan for bed. 

Can this fan stand be used on bunk beds

Absolutely it can. We created this stand for fans to work on bunk beds and loft beds. TYou can mount the FanShelfie on the side rail or footboard. The adjustable arm lets you position the fan away from either bunk so there’s little chance of knocking it over. 

What is the maximum base size this fan holder can support?

This fan holder works best with fans up to 8.27 inches in base diameter. 

Can I adjust how far the fan is from the bed

The FanShelfie has a telescoping arm that moves in and out. You control exactly where your bed fan sits. Some people like it close for maximum breeze. Others prefer it farther away for gentler airflow. The patented mechanism locks at any position you choose. 

Does the fan shelf prevent fans from oscillating?

Unlike most traditional fan holders, the FanShelfie does not prevent your fan from oscillating once attached. When designing the FanShelfie we made sure the mounting system would not  interfere with any fan functions, so you still get that sweeping motion across your whole sleeping area. 

Is it safe to put a fan on a bed?

Placing a fan directly on your bed isn't recommended. The mattress provides no support and any movement can send it tumbling. That's why we created the FanShelfie. Our fan holder gives you a rock-solid platform attached to your bed frame.
