Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns require authorization - please reach out firstly to hello@thinksmallish.com

Please re-box in the original product box (that says Smallish) + outer brown box that the BedShelfie was sent in. Please include the postage and tracking code needed to send back.

For a full refund you must share the tracking code to hello@thinksmallish.com. 

A warehouse manager will inspect the re-sellability / condition - please remember to send the product back in both the white and brown box….the product will get damaged in the mail otherwise and we will not be able to refund you.
If he / she approves, we can then issue a refund
